I had a good experience with them over the phone and during communications the week before and while making my appointment. We were so excited and took time off work to go to our first ultrasound appointment. On the drive there everything went bad. We got a call confirming the appointment and asking for my weight and height to confirm my BMI. We were told where to park and continued on our way. We got there and called to let them know we were here in the covered area where we were directed to park, the receptionist said that the doctor was with another patient and would be out shortly. A half hour later the doctor came out and said there was an issue with my BMI that I was a pound over their limit, and I did not know my weight prior to conception so they could not use that. We went around in circles for about ten minutes until she finally agreed to let me step on a scale to resolve it. Then, she proceeded to tell me that she had no idea how I got the appointment, since they are booked out till April. Too bad this was the only birth center in my insurance network. I didn't want to go to a hospital where I wouldn't be able to have my husband with me. I'm giving two stars because the ladies on the phone were very nice, and though I did not get to see them in person, I was impressed with what I saw of the facility online. Hopefully they won't waste your time, and get your hopes up. Best of health and luck to all of you earth mothers out there.
