We are native Arizonans and we have never been to Greulich’s Automotive. They are Awesome!!! Professional, courteous, quality work in a timely and efficient manner. They were great with communication all along the way from checking in to what would need to be changed or repaired. Honest , great price. They even stayed late to get it done today which they didn’t have to do. We will definitely come back to Greulich’s for any of our automotive needs. We went to the one on Greenway off of 32nd street and Alonzo was our service writer and Maynard was our automotive tech. Everyone was fantastic!!! Thank you guys!!! Joan and Paul

I had gone to Greulicks to set up an appointment to have the rotors groumd and only on the front axle. The price was 129tax and it would be 45 minutes. I showed up at 720am for a 730am appointment. The truck was moved in around 8am. When I was called out, all of the tires were removed from the vehicle. I told them they were not authorized to touch the back tires and they were to put the tires back on. Later after not working on the truck I was informed it would be 530 to fix. I was mad and would only pay for the rotors to now only be changed out- they were too damaged to be ground? Then the truck sat and they started working in the truck at 9am. Greulicks did work with me to resolve the issues which did show professionalism.

Alonzo and his team are awesome, highly recommend. Brought in an old Jeep I just purchased for a new belt, radiator flush, and oil change. I had a concern several days later that they were happy to check out on the spot and confirm it was nothing to worry about. Competitive pricing, honest work, fast/timely service, and a level of customer service/courtesy I’m not familiar with from other auto shop experiences. Thanks again guys.

Really great service. 10/10. I called ahead and they said they could get me in the same day and help me out. I needed a whole new power steering rack. They were super professional, friendly, and they even worked with me on the price. I could tell they stand by their work, I would recommend this repair shop to anyone.

They don’t know how to treat people and customers!!! I did asked a question and They started yelled at me I had very bad experience in this place :(
