Pulmonary Associates cancels appointments at an unbelievable rate and doesn’t bother to notifying clients. Records requests are not completed without repeatedly requesting them. It doesn’t matter if the doctor is a good doctor if the staff fails and patients are not taken care of. Save yourself time and get established with a doctors office that will answer phones, keep appointments and follow up in a timely manner.

Pulmary Associates is without I doubt the worst medical office i have ever gone to. My pulmonary appointments have been canceled 5 times for scheduling conflicts. SCHEDULING CONFLICTS WTH! I was scheduled in December for an appointment in March and have been rescheduled , each time receiving a confirmation request, with a cancelation the very next day. It is now October, Had an appointment for the 20th, which I just received another email and robo call stating scheduling conflicts and to call to make another appt. I call and get a robo message
I was very impressed with Dr Liao. He was present and engaging, and explained everything I needed to know. He made me feel comfortable and was not rushed at all. I also thought that everyone in the office was wonderful. They were friendly and kind.
Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with the respiratory therapist Jennifer. She was extremely rude and did not care about my fathers breathing condition, but more so about her being on time. She had no bedside manner, did not allow me in the room with him during his breathing exam. Horrible experience and I refuse to have her do any more of his exams! On the bright side, Dr. Liao is an amazing doctor who treated my father for his lung disease. Very caring and took his time explaining things so we understood clearly. Thanks to this amazing doctor my dad is on a regimen that works FINALLLY!!!
He's great as a doctor! Smart as a whip too!
