Great work New souls and repaired the inside working great. I did have a small problem and they fixed and even added a little extra stitching to help make sure it doesn't happen again

I am so mad and frustrated! I sent in my vintage valentino's to have the heel cut down and soles put on them. First, they didnt even cut anything off my 4 inch heel, but instead my heel grew 0.25 inches! Secondly my sole on both shoe is completely ruined! They added a clear gel/film/cushion and the cut isn't even, isn't fit properly to the sole and its already peeling off! My valentino's are completely ruined! I do not recommend this company! I wish I can add photos!
