This bakery & cafe has a huge selection of gluten free, vegan, keto, sugar free, & gluten free vegan items. The owner takes pride in offering delicious breakfast, lunch and desserts to everyone: including those with special diets and food allergies. The gluten free vegan carrot cake is phenomenal and my favorites are the gluten free vegan brownie and the gluten free bread. They offer text ordering and curbside service. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Sal’s gives a one of a kind experience matching great service with great food.

We ordered cookies for a Valentine's Sweets Box to pass out to residents at our apartment community and they were perfect for our featured dessert. The sugar cookies were wonderfully decorated and the macarons were melt-in-your-mouth delicious. We would definitely use My Gal Sal Bakery again!
This place is truly amazing the food is cooked to order and it is always hot I love the pulled pork sandwich and the French fries are the very best. The owner is just fantastic she was very kind and warm welcoming I also ordered a birthday cake and items that were out of this world. She and her gals are sweet and kind and you can tell that her employees enjoy there jobs. They are always smiling and never rush thank you Sal and her gals
I worked here when this bakery first opened. I left because I moved to Cali (boyfriend's job transfer). Boy do I miss working here. The best respectable and professional owner and working environment ever. The owner's heart is in this business and you can tell by how she treats her employees, the customers, the cleanliness and how organized the kitchen is. I also miss the great desserts and the regular customers. If I move back to Phoenix I will beg to get my job back. Love coming back to Phoenix for the holidays and going in for breakfast or lunch. My favorite cake is the Sal's chocolate cake. It saddens my heart to read a couple of rude, unprofessional and cruel reviews. It is obvious it is a jealous competitor or a disgruntled ex employee or a difficult hard to please customer (we had a few of them when I worked here and Sal handled them professionally. We had a birthday dinner for my daughter and since she tries to eat more Gluten free items I bought a GF cupcake and a dozen French macarons. With the Covid virus going on it was just 3 of us to celebrate ! The dessert from My Gal Sal Bakery were luscious, fresh and beautiful! Looking forward to enjoying the sandwiches and other desserts.
