While the staff is courteous and professional in person and on the phone, the follow up and returning calls is absolutely horrible. 5 calls went unanswered and they had the nerve to say, they didn't get my messages. The people are poorly trained and accountability is out the window. It's always the \systems \ fault.

I was referred to them by my dr. They called me to schedule when I was driving so I asked them to send me a confirmation email for the appt. I never received the email. This happened a 2nd time they did not send an email. I explained to the lady on the phone I plan everything in my calendar and every company I am doing testing with not only sends emails, but they also send text messages the day before. This company should step into the modern age for scheduling, it makes things easier for everyone. They refused to reschedule so I told them I would write a review and the lady actually laughed out loud at me. Well here it is.

The office staff was very courteous and the office was opened on time. My scheduled appointment was on time and all of the test were explained in advance and done in a timely manner. The doctor was very thorough and explained the test in advance. He answered all my questions and explained he will complete the exam and get results to my PCP. I would highly recommend the office to new patients. Thank you for your care.

Glad to say I was greeted in a friendly manner & I did not have to wait but a moment or so before my appointed time arrived. My tech was S ean who was very professional, understanding of my situation & had a calming influence on me. He told me before each segment of the test what was to happen & what I could expect & while the test was going on he repeated that information to keep me abreast of the progress. He made an otherwise unusual experience bearable.

The people and place were nice. I thoroughly enjoyed the doctor he had a great sense of humor. What I do not like is that the test for me was quite painful. But then I am very sensitive to electrical shock and that is why it hurt a lot.
