ZERO STARS. My 24 year old sister has been in here recently due to covid. I stood outside her window, to visit. Kept calling and calling the nurses, either to be hung up on. Or put on hold. TWO hours went by, her machines kept going off and we were waiting for them to answer the phone for her, so we could have our visit. (she cant feel or move any of her body, yet.) NOT one nurse came in to check, for almost two hours!! Until her dialysis lady came in. Nurses told us She was not complying and refusing physical therapy. Little did we know physical therapy wasn't even happening. They were not helping her as often as she was supposed to be helped. And were also lying about how often they were in her room for therapy. She asked for calls and was denied. When our family called we were told she didn't want to talk to us. I went to visit her and she broke down crying asking why we never call or visit her. She had NO idea we were calling 5x a day. Her fiance,. Our parents. All of us were denied. And she had no idea. Mind you my sister was sent to the hospital for more testing, and she BEGGED ICU nurses to not send her back here. Worst place for your family members to be left alone during this tough time. RUDE STAFF, AND NO CARE In THE WORLD. It is more than JUST a job. You are around our family more than We are able to be. The least you could do is treat them like human beings.

I like this place. The nurses are friendly and the staff make you feel at home. They weaned me from the vent and now working on weaning me from my trach. I also got well enough to stop dialysis here. I like it here, but can’t wait to go!

I have lived her for 2 years and it's a really nice place to be. The service is excellent and the staff are excellent! There are some very outstanding Respiratory therapists, CNA's, and nurses once you get to know them. Activities offer canvas painting, bingo playing which is my favorite! They offer a lot of things to do to pass the time. The CEO is a very friendly guy. I wish I could be home, but this is my home away from home.

My mom has been here for more than 1 year and I love this place! They keep my mom clean and care for all her needs. Anytime I have concerns they address it immediately or they notify me immediately if they have concerns. The staff are caring and professional. My mom has improved greatly since coming back from the hospital. I appreciate all the staff and I love you all! This is my second home!

I currently work at North Mountain Medical and Rehab for almost 3 months now. All my co-workers were very helpful and kind to people. They always put a smile to everyone even when you know they are tired and have been working a lot. Excellent working environment and the staff help each other to provide the best care possible for each resident. Love working here! Learned a lot from fellow co-workers as well.
