When my husband passed very suddenly in January, Science Care was notified; my interaction with the staff from beginning to end was amazing.. each person I talked with helped me in completing the forms, documents, signatures, and other details necessary for this transition ..Everything was handled with respect, dignity, compassion, and professionalism. I had observed first hand from another family member who had died several months ago, how smoothly the process went and knew the services of Science Care would be used and trusted by us.

Please, please, do your homework if dealing with this firm. We just lost my 94 year old Mom who was on their registry for 20 years. We called Science Care a week before she passed to confirm that all preconditions were in order for donation. The associate indicated to us that everything was correct and ready to go. The morning of her passing, they changed the rules and said needed signed confirmation from other siblings, two who were not reachable quickly, thus would not pick her up. We made other arrangements. Because this also happened to Dad 3 years ago, my wife and I are now removing our names from the Science Care registry. They resemble a business that has grown too large and no longer cares about customers. We wish all who review this post much better endings. Burl and Carol

I was skeptical when my sister said she signed up for this. And I was still skeptical until the moment she died. She was picked up by a local funeral home and driven To the crematory within an hour after her passing. Hats off to a great service.

My mother passed last evening, April 1, 2017. We had arranged for her body to be donated to Science Care a few months prior. With a long medical history she easily qualified. Shortly after her death, we had to all agree over the phone and then via email with electronic signature that Science Care was to receive her body, through a local mortuary. The process, was quick, professional with great compassion. The people at Science Care, Inc. could not have been kinder.
