The doctor was excellent. The 3 star rating is because about 1/3 of the time it takes the nurses and nursing assistants up to 20 or 30 minutes to come to your room after you've called. This is because they are so short staffed due to covid. When you cannot get up on your own to use the bathroom or do other things this is an issue.
