Good luck getting them to return phone calls or refill prescriptions on time. I spent a week calling and leaving several urgent voicemails to schedule a basic appointment with my regular obgyn for extreme pain. They only called me back a week and a half later because I got a referral from the MGH emergency room since I was so desperate I went there. Least professional experience I have ever had, will be PROMPTLY switching to a place that actually cares about its patients

Called midday and I was on hold for a long time which made me uninterested in coming to this hospital for ob care. I decided to give them another try considering the office opens up at 8:30 so I called at 8:33 and I been on hold for over eight minutes. You can’t win with this department. It’s a hurry up and wait situation not sure if that’s good for ob care.

Horrible hospital, will not treat you based on you will treat you based upon how others reacted I was stuck in that place for a week not being able to sleep or eat bc of the amount of pain in my leg. also Dr hang would not help me with pain bc she doesn’t believe in pain therapy! says they will make you addicted, I just had a full leg surgery an my face put back together. She is an evil doctor who is stuck up as far as they come. Hope she gets fired for her lack of judgment on patients bc by law you have to judge the patient based on the patient an not by others. Even the nurse I’m seeing now an pt at home says her plan is an absolute joke! Already getting a new doc that actually is willing to help me’
