I had Britney as my contact at titan and I cannot give her enough stars for the help she gave me. When I called with the concerns I had she didn’t think twice about doing everything she could to make sure I was happy. Britney went above and beyond to take care of all the questions I had and make sure my equipment was up to date and everything was working the way it was supposed too. I have had Titan for many years and intend to keep them. One last thing is the two men that came to my house to check my equipment were very knowledgeable and efficient and made sure everything was up-to-date and functioning as it should

His listen to my explanation and said he would send written instructions by email that would take me through the steps required, which he promptly did. The SkyBell is functioning properly. I would highly recommend Titan company to anyone. They have best prices and services compare with their competitors. Ryan from sales department was very professional and proficient and answered all my questions. Then their tech team Sal and Hunter were amazing .They worked 12 hours one day and finished a job that otherwise will take at least 2-3 days of work . They were very knowledgeable and friendly and accommodate all my requests and answered every singke question. Great job Titan ! Thank you
