google dose not have minus star reviews , i would put (-2) stars . they have no shipping department , this piece of wood they offer to block 2 forklifts, no nail, no nothing . very hard to pick up couple uncharged forklifts with this kind of company. why people don't understand - unsecured forklift can fall on any car on a road . can imagine to operate their forklift with this careless people
I was witness to a vehicle registered to Toyotalift of Arizona flashing high-beams and tailgating cars on the I-17 this morning, Wednesday 1/15/20. It was van #224 around 6:45am. It was bumper to bumper traffic and uncalled for. I hope this company holds drivers accountable when driving rolling billboards for the company. How embarrassing for them.
Very disappointed with this company. I have bought 2 forklifts from them and bought all my parts and had them service my equipment through the years. I got charged a 400 bill for a 70 inspection that I was told I would get. They didn’t seem to care and said pay the bill. It’s not about the money it’s the principle that they didn’t care enough about their customer who has done repeat business with them to jab them over a few hundred dollars. Wrote the check and ran them off. I am done with them and their customer service. Will never do business here again and neither should you. First time or repeat client they don’t care about you.
