I made the mistake of starting my associates at my local community college. Had I started with University of Phoenix to begin with I would have saved myself a lot of stress and money overall. You cannot find more streamlined, well laid out and organized programs anywhere. The design is simple and easy to navigate, each course has the same layout. You cannot find better service and support from the staff. You have an assigned counselor, with a direct ext and email to reach at anytime for the rare issues. Very rare. The programs are designed for student success. I felt supported the entire time. The breaks the school offers for any reason what so ever are game changing for parents. The program is setup completely for you, you can see where you are and exactly what courses are next to complete your program and the order, to follow your progress. You do nothing but your work. Instantly enrolled in your next course, as long as you passed. One class per 5 weeks. I can not recommend them enough for degree programs, with the least possible stress.

I am very disappointed with the institution to the extent I wish I had chosen a different school. Before my enrollment, I spoke with Adrian who provided the information I needed to proceed with the enrollment process. Overall, I made my decision based on the price of my tuition- which was supposed to be 350 per credit hour, for every class, until the end of the program. However, since the beginning of the program, I have been trying to fix this issue. My tuition has been 398 per credit hour. I have spoken with so many different people, and nobody seems to care or be able to come up with a solution for my problem. The last person I spoke with gave me 7 to 10 days for the issue to be solved. Today is day number 15 and I have not received a call back to follow up on my request. At this point, I am not sure what else I can do. I need to get this resolved as I cannot afford the higher rate. Can someone assist me?

I was happy with my associates and bachelors program. However, my master not really. I question the academic integrity at this school, AND they say their academic advisor are helpful. When it comes down to it, it is all about how much money they can get out of it. They're not looking out for your best interest. I spent a lot of time and money into getting a degree and in the end they're not as helpful as they state they are. I would try and find a more resourceful school that cost less to attend. In the end I ended up being very disappointed.
