Nice view of sailboats. Attentive service. Waiter had dirty fingernails. Bathrooms EXTREMELY unkept, dirty, and very foul smelling which definitely ruined the nice smells and taste of the food. Scallops were nice size and tasty. Calamari was tender but small portion and so thin that I mostly tasted the egg batter covering the calamari. Oysters were fresh, small, and tasty. 6.50 for 2.

The property is located at the water front in Ballinger bay. A mini yacht club in front of the restaurant. This location is within a short distance of a 2 story condo complex. Pleasant and quiet environment. This restaurant offer both indoor and outdoor seating. Offer alcoholic drinks and an attractive breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. The servers are pleasant and friendly

This place was so charming and delicious. We had dinner here around 7pm. Great ambience overlooking the dimly lit boats docked along the pier. Just the perfect amount of soft music, ambiance, great seafood food and service.

3 at best, it wasn't good but plain. Service was slow, clam chowder blan, zucchini ok just no flavor. Sat on the harbor side view and atmosphere great. Maybe an upgrade on food will help them although looked like a lot of locals and elderly people.

Food tasted good, my chicken was a little over cooked. Maybe the time I got there was a little early but it was mainly senior people dining there (Nothing wrong with that). Restaurant has a nice view.
