I had a burst water pipe in my garage late last night. Called for service today. Amazing service results! I am so happy and relieved and now I have a \Go To\ Plumber that I will call for future projects and happily refer my friends and family their way. Such attention to detail and follow up to get me set up with a restoration company to get my living space back to normal. Thank you so much!!!

Austin was very professional and very polite. He explained all possible scenarios and, having studied the problem, solved it by replacing a small piece of the device. The folks at Pierpoint Plumbing are extremely responsive and will go out of their way to accommodate your scheduling needs. We're undergoing a remodel on a new home within a tight timeframe, and have many coordinating parts to the process, which Austin, Zachary and Dayton at Pierpoint Plumbing seamlessly worked around. It is apparent they all take pride in their craft. If fair pricing, quality work and responsive communication is your thing (why wouldn't it be, right?), then they should receive a gold medal in addition to a five-star rating. I will gladly recommend them to my friends and family as well; and, if we ever need any future plumbing needs, we will absolutely be giving Pierpoint Plumbing another call.
Our tub clogged, nothing could unclog it but we suspected it was frozen. The plumber quickly diagnosed it and offered some suggestions. Very happy with the service.
