Canceled a 4 bedroom pet friendly cabin for the week of thanksgiving with no time at all to re-book offered 2- 2 bed room non pet friendly options . Completely ruined the vacation. Nevermind the 2000 in dinner show and dollywood tickets already purchased. Use at your own risk. Maybe you get a cabin, maybe you don't. Would never remotely think of using them again.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I booked a 3k vacation and was expected to pay it in 2 weeks when my vacation was over 3 months away!! when I explained that needed more than 2 weeks they said no problem! Then 2 weeks later they called and told me my payment was due and they cancelled my vacation! absolutely unprofessional its sad because my family has been using them for years and now we are all boycotting. #getittogether

Fabulous!! This is a Beautiful cabin! Very clean and has everything you need in a vacation home. The Views are spectacular! We will return many times!!!

We stayed at Splashing Sunrise over Spring break with our three boys, (6, 6, and 3). We all LOVE this place! It's up a bit of a scary hill, but so worth it. The view is great. The cabin is clean and has all the amenities we could need. This cabin is beautiful. I am SO glad we got a cabin with an indoor pool. The boys have spent hours and hours in the pool and hot tub so far. I love that the door to the pool has a code only adults know so we don't have to worry about the kids going down to it without us. We made most of our meals here. I didn't expect to have DISH TV, and Internet access but we do! The kids love it so much they get upset if we try to get them to leave for an outing.
