We just bought our like-new certified 2017 Dodge Journey GT to replace our Dodge Caravan which was stolen after 20 years of trouble-free service. So of course we would replace it with a Dodge. Wayne, our sales person was easy to work with and handled everything pleasantly and efficiently. It was well worth the extra drive from Ann Arbor to find the right car at the right price . Five stars!
My husband and I viewed a 2018 Certified Dodge Ram 1500 online. We drove almost 2 hours to see it and we were not disappointed. Andrew was an awesome salesman and was so great to work with. He wasn't overtly pushy, like some car salespeople we have dealt with in the past, and let us take our time with looking over the truck and during the buying process. Things went smoothly and efficiently throughout. We would recommend this dealership, for sure.
My experience at Pinckney was amazing, Ashley Lampe worked with me from the first time I emailed her about leasing a Compass. She made the process very smooth as l100% was done via email or phone call. I had a lot of faith in her as we went through options for pricing and she was very transparent with costs... She followed up with paperwork and email info as it was sent to me in an incredible timely manner. Than Ashley worked around my busy schedule arrange drop off at my home in Ann Arbor. That was the best part of all, until she said she would personally remove my bumper stickers that I failed to remove from my turn-in. Ashley is awesome
We had a great experience here, they really treat you like family and got us into the exact car we wanted a brand new Ram 1500 Midnight edition which is absolutely beautiful. Worked extremely fast and were really easy to communicate with. The owner Dan is an amazing guy and our sales person Andrew Johnson was awesome as well! They have my repeat business without a doubt and I would highly recommend giving them your business as they will take care of you!
