First it says something when most of the reviews are from employees and spouses. Second I literally just left there. Place was supposed to be open till 1:00pm. At 12:40 we were locked in a home because they closed. Gate was only open enough for your vehicle to get through. Staff could be seen speeding out of the lot. That in itself speaks volumes to me about the kind of service a purchaser would get. The kicker right before this happening, was being told that if you want spouting it costs extra! Don't waste your time.

Worked there for nearly 14 years from the inception of the company. Experienced, capable, knowledgeable staff with long term careers. Homes are top notch and the company is run as it should be, with a conservative fiscal approach and emphasis on quality. Several of the reviews I've read here give low scores to PV when the listed grievances are with the contractors or set crews, which are not Pleasant Valley Homes. It would be like giving low scores to a brewery for the lousy service at a restaurant or warm beer at a picnic.
