Lived here 6 yrs used to be really bad in here with drugs n break ins but the police have came n cleaned it up. It is a wonderful place to live now. Quiet place to relax live n enjoy the Lake life. Loving it.

Awesome place to live! Depends on who you live by. Lol
Very shady characters. Does not operate as a structured business. Falsified billing does not give any billing information as to how the money is used . when requesting meeting minutes and use on money get a false statement. Illegally charges for membership with out a legal contract. Threats to sue and does not. Property itself is a mess.
Only been here for three months nice place if you love country living and maybe a little bit off the grid although I do wish that they would maintain their roads better
