Was looking for a nice healthy lunch and came across Vitality. Ordered the Kale bowl. All the ingredients were fresh and great quality but when you put that much Kale in a salad it should be steamed, blanched or sauteed. Since I don't eat bread there is no much else to select from for lunch. I will go back and try their snack/dessert bowls.

I already loveeee the Smithtown location so I had to stop at the Plainview's Grand Opening this morning and check it out! Friendly service and vibrant atmosphere. Always puts me in a good mood. I also met the owners Charles and Denise and had a chance to speak with them. Very nice people. I'd love to see more Vitality Bowls on Long Island!
The lentil soup was heaven - homemade to the core. Smoothies were SO tasty and energizing, without added sugar. We’ll be going back there a lot during fall and winter!
First thing I noticed was the NUMI tea and i knew this place was going to be good. I unknowingly walked in while they were closed. The owner more then happy to still help me. Food was delicious. Should be more of these cafe’s. Especially since I don’t live in the area.
I had the vitality bowl with pea-and-hemp protein powder, topped off with some almond butter — and it was fantastic. Charlie is doing a great job with this place. It's fresh, energizing, and leaves you feeling full in the right way. Make sure you check it out!
