We hired Caring Transitions to pack and move my mother's belongings out of assisted living to a storage unit after she passed away earlier this month. Sarah was kind, compassionate and very professional. The communication before, during and after the move by all parties was stellar. The packers (Ken’s team) arrived on time and completed early, and the movers arrived on time the next day. Both teams were wonderful. Sarah's cost estimate was accurate and was less than she had estimated when all was said and done. COVID times called for an \approved\ company and I can see why they are so trusted. My sister and I highly recommend this company!

I downsized from 4,000 Sq.Ft. to 1477 Sq. Ft. into an independent Senior Living Community. Quite a large task. This company has all segments of the move divided into sections which allows a person to use as much or as little as he wants to pay. I elected for A-1 total service....and am I glad I did. I simply told them what I wanted to take and walked away. They came into the house, divided it into what was going and what was not, counseled me on what the computer modeling indicates will fit and what will not: we optioned on occasion to ignore the computer and took what we wanted. They packed; they disposed; they delivered; they unpacked; and finally, they reorganized the entire apartment so that when one walks in, it is like walking into a furnished apartment, only everything is yours. What a lifesaver these people are. They are people who obviously love what they do, and they do it superbly. I will be forever grateful for their help in this move.

When readying for a move, friends recommended Caring Transitions, and we are so glad they did! They worked with us to go through everything, deciding what items we wanted to keep, donate and trash. Then they handled the sale of things we chose to sell. They professionally packed all of the items we wanted to take to our new home, provided an excellent moving company for the actual move. They took away all of the stress of this moving process. This is definitely the way to handle a move!

Caring Transitions did a wonderful job helping us move my husband to a memory care facility. They told me to be sure to bring pictures to hang on the walls so that the apartment would feel cozy. Also, I had not thought of a recliner which we included and my husband is thoroughly enjoying. They are truly caring!
