If you want a doctor that spend max 10 min with you, she is the right doctor! My husband needed a new cast 2 days later because her nurse made a big cast. She never came back to che k if it was corrected. Horrible experience.

After receiving a horrible experience from another Orthopedic after getting in a pretty bad car accident with a shattered hand. I searched through my Cigna doctor finder and found Dr. Jennifer Chu. After the delay from the other Orthopedic that waited almost 2 weeks to schedule me for surgery, Dr. Chu was AMAZING! Very compassionate, understanding, and quickly scheduled me for surgery the following day. She was very knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease. I thought my left hand would never function the same, and am completely overwhelmed with the significant improvement. I would highly recommend her services!

Dr. Chu is AWESOME! My father fell few weeks ago, and is under great pain. Dr. Chu convinced my father to do two operations at once. She did a GREAT job! My 88 years old father is on his way to recover. Thank you, Dr Chu, for your help.
