Dr. Nurko is the most pleasant and patient perfectionist you will ever meet! Our entire family of 6 has been treated by him, and my triplets are due for round 2 as they go into their teen years! The Plano office is easy to get to and the staff is always welcoming and encouraging!

Began braces treatment in 2013, finished in 2016, and I've been there a few times since to get replacement retainers. I'm always happy to go there, since all the staff are easygoing and easy to click with. They don't waste time or make me wait, but they aren't rushed either. My doctor there is Dr. Lugo, who's infectiously personable and a really cool guy in general. Just plain excellent orthodontics.

I love Dr. Lugo's Office. I have know him my whole 16 years. He put braces on my older sister, and I always came in there with her. Now I have just gotten my braces off. We love love love this office. Dr. Lugo is so personable and great with the patients and their families. The front desk ladies are awesome and try their best to accommodate my crazy schedule but I understand that it can’t always happen. We look forward to coming in for appointments every month.
