Pristine Orthodontics is amazing! As a middle aged man I was very hesitant to get my teeth fixed because I was embarassed. They made me feel very comfortable as soon as I walked in and their staff was very professional and friendly. I ended up getting braces and now my teeth look and feel amazing. The treatment was pretty good until I needed my retainers. When they took my braces off, my gums were puffy but they still molded me for my retainers anyway, knowing that the swelling can go down. From Friday until Monday, my retainers became loose because the swelling went down. Fast forward to Tuesday, I go back to the doctor to get my retainers situated because they were piercing my gums. I explain to one of the girls that my retainers are loose. She told me that I would have to pay 99 for the bottom retainer per the doctor's orders. That's not my fault and because of an unexpected expense, I'm having to leave the office with loose retainers until next week. I'm pretty upset that I have to pay for something that is not my fault. I can see if I lost my retainers or if I messed them up but I have to pay for something that wasn't my fault.

Dr. Patel is amazing! I’m so glad I got my teeth fixed from him. Many orthodontists that I had consulted from before him had said I’ll need tooth extractions to make space in my mouth. However, Dr. Patel using his expertise straightened my teeth without any extractions and the treatment did not even take longer than expected. His assistants and staff are also really welcoming and amazing! Already miss them and especially Blon!
