This is the first time in my life buying a car was so stress free & painless! James was outstanding! No gimmicks. Answered all our questions and gave us exactly what we wanted in our budget! The representative Robert Labelle (Service) that I worked with today. To get an oil change was very helpful. Robert, made sure to let me know what was needed for my vehicle. While making sure he wasn't pushy . Robert, provided me with the prices and other discounts that were available to me. The prices were still high. However, that was beyond Roberts control. The biggest thing for me is the customer service, timely service and consistency. This is my second time working with Robert and he continues to give me quality customer service. Also, the driver Toby was very courteous and professional while taking me to and from my office. Thank you Hyundai for your services Your Loyal Customer

Incredibly poor communication and service. I've been to this place twice, sent photos to two different service members, all promising me to send me a quote as promised. How almost every transaction should go in service, you bring the car in and they give you a quote you pay or leave and thats it. Almost 8 weeks going now with no call back, no voice-mail answered. Below are screen shots of solely my phone calls to rick case direct. About 20 useless phone calls where I'm directed to the service person's already full voice-mail. The few times a sales person took initiative and even wrote reminders on these service people's desks and still not a single phone call, email or any sort of communication.

The communication at the Rick Case Hyundai Plantation location is lacking. I dropped off my car for an oil change at 8:30am then received a phone call from the service department at 9:30. Unfortunately I wasn't able to answer the call at that moment but I called back 5 minutes later which the service department then didn't answer. I continued to call for TWO HOURS with no answer. I called the from desk twice to try and get further help. My call was finally answered after 2 hours just to tell me my car was ready to be picked up. I feel the service department should have stated that in the voice mail that was left instead of having me play phone tag. When I went to pick up my car and cash out, they lady handed me 2 stacked of paper to sign. I started to thumb through them to see what I was signing when the cashier proceeded to tell me to \sign the papers and move on there is a line.\ I have been in customer service for 18 years and I have NEVER spoke to my customer in this manner. This is extremely unprofessional. Not to mention embarrassing. I told the cashier if I am signing something I want to be aware of what I'm signing. She continued to give me and attitude and say \it doesn't matter you aren't paying anything today.\ That's not the point, I am leaving my signature on paperwork. I'm not going to sign something without reading it. Once I signed the paper she didn't direct me further so I asked her where my keys were and where my car was. She shortly answered that someone was bringing it. I later got the name of the manager Collen. I called Collen and left a voice mail but still have not heard back. I have owned many cars in my day and Rick Case Hyundai will be losing my future business. I will not buy a car from them because of the terrible customer service experience.
