We bought the Classic fort kit. The experience with the company/owner was awful. After about 2 weeks, the kit was shipped. The box arrived badly damaged so several items were missing. One phone call and three emails later, the owner acknowledged me and sent the missing parts. Then I realized that there were some vital instructions missing. I called the number on the instructions and it was the wrong number. The owner of that number had gotten so many calls for Playset Junction that she had the correct number handy and gave it to me. Contact information is accurate on the website. He emailed the missing instructions within 1-2 business days. As I started to look through the instructions, I realized that the lumber list was very wrong. I contacted the owner by phone once and email several times and never got him to respond with an accurate list. I had to figure it out myself. Lumber required includes some really hard to find pieces so we had to use something different. The tools required list is not complete. The average homeowner will not have the required tools to build this playset without some extra purchases based on the included hardware and instructions. All of the listed hardware is included, however the counts were wrong and did not account for the swing beam bracket that changed, requiring different hardware. More trips to the store. Finally, many of the steps were lacking in instructions, just saying \attach the XYZ\ without any description of how or where, or the designer did not consider overlapping bolts through a 4x4 at right angles to each other for example (just one example of many overlooked details). Now that the set is finally built, it looks nice, it's sturdy and our kids love it. I'd recommend going with a different company with better instructions and customer service.
