I love Ralph's.... this was my 1st time going to this location and they had nothing I wanted, everything I asked for they said they didn't have.... 1 staff member wasn't friendly at all, so we left and went to our usual Ralphs location on Franklin Ave

Ice cream is delicious and the girls are always very nice. Much better overall experience than the ice cream truck.
Out of this world I had the chocolate jelly ring it was phenomenal tastes just like the candy
When we went almost everything was sold out and the worker recommended passion fruit for my girlfriend, and I ordered piña colada after we ordered a friend of another worker showed up and told her to get her anything and she went to the girl that was helping us and took our passion fruit and gave it to her friend. The girl that was helping us came back to apologize and say that she took the last of the passion fruit. That was very unprofessional, I cancelled the order and just left.
