We called first thing Sunday morning to get a technician to come and take a look at our water heater. Instead of sending a technician right away they walked us through how to trouble shoot it ourselves and it worked. If we do end up needing a service in the future we will definitely be giving them a call.

Very helpful! I didn't get any service from them, because I didn't have to. I had already rented a drain snake and was ready to give up on my efforts. I called United and after I had informed him of the steps I had taken, the owner was kind enough to offer me some advice that allowed me to remedy the problem on my own. Thanks A lot! Plumber's united ran a new water line to my home. They did a great job. Quick, clean, and at a fair price.
They replaced a water pressure regulator for us at a decent price. Then less than a year later, there was a leak at one of the connections they made to our main water supply. My husband and I have both called multiple times and left messages. No response at all from Plumbers United. We'll have to get someone else to fix what should have been done correctly.
