Called on Friday for help, able to come out on Monday; office called to notify me of serviceman's arrival in 20 min. He was on time, professional, and wearing a mask, which is greatly appreciated. Dylan was able to explain what was needed to assess the problem, get started right away to complete significant repairs in one day- even going to get supplies. He replaced a copper pipe with pin-hole leaks in another area too. The hot water is running more quickly to my kitchen now. I am very pleased with the service from this company and will happily refer my friends. If I have plumbing problems in the future I know who to call.

Dylan provided excellent customer service, observed COVID protocols, and was highly professional. He was also willing to talk through the various problems with me and arrange a discounted price due to the number of items we had to fix in one go-round! Definitely recommend Plumbing Express and Dylan in particular.
I always have a great experience when working with this company. So far I have worked with Jason and Dylan. Today Dylan was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and efficient! The process was flawless from the initial call to the running toilets being corrected! We will definitely call them as issues arise again and again!
We had David R. come to our house to fix some drainage issues. He was on-time and very courteous. He answered all of our questions (we had LOTS of questions), and he was very patient and took his time to fix all of the issues we brought up. He wore a mask, gloves, and shoe covers to be safe and courteous. He even took time to clear some gunk built-up on some of our drains. The price was higher than we've paid to other companies in the past, but the work was timely and professional.
I've called this company twice with a leak in my ceiling (don't ask). Both times they've responded quickly and sent out a courteous and knowledgeable plumber to identify the problem and fix it. It's never \fun\ to call a plumber when you've got a leak, but I appreciate them coming out quickly and fixing the problem for a fair price. I also appreciate them wearing a mask inside my home and explaining the process and all the associated costs to me. Really a great company.
