I worked with Viviana for several years and it was great to see her again. I shared my current concerns with her and she was able to help me see what I needed to do to resolve them. She drew up plan of action on her whiteboard and I took a picture of it. It always amazes me how she can listen to me and determine what I need to do to correct the problem. She reminded me that a big part of singing is listening as well. She is always able to listen to me and determine what I need to do to open my sound.

Took my son's violin to get a new bridge before school started. They put a rush on the repair and got it back very quickly. Great customer service. They did a great job on the bridge. I would highly recommend them for violin repair.
