Came in to make a police report from my boyfriend. One lady was extremely rude to me when all I asked was where is the entrance. Then the guy working the front desk had me just standing there at front door before saying anything. People come in traumatized, needing real help and this is how you all act!?!? To make it worse, I'm a young black female and both the woman and the guy were black.... You put into the universe what you get back so I'm walking away w/ my head still held high. You two however, if you see this, best of luck in life.

I was there yesterday getting a release document so I could recover my stolen van from impound yard, the police ladies that work in the front office were courteous and proficient. Easy access from many different roads and parking on both sides of the road. Added note just wanted say thanks.

I was involved in a hot and run. The officer that showed up came to the scene and was very considerate of my pregnancy and my family and I appreciate it! Officer Crisp, we greatly appreciate you.

I can see why this area is full of crime. Part of the reason is police don't do anything when you report crimes. I was a second away from getting assaulted and even have evidence of the person yelling at me and approaching me with a weapon. I did the right thing and got to a safe area to called the police. When they showed up they didn't seem like they wanted to help at all. Let alone make an arrest. The police officer asked me SO WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO? After hearing both sides. And tells me about a long process to press charges. The guy was already guilty. Where I live in Gwinnett the criminal would have been arrested on the spot because they take domestic violence very seriously. If anyone lives, works or happens to have to be in this area. Protect yourself and just have your lawyer ready. The police are just as ghetto as the people. Well most of them judging by experience. Calling the police department to ask about your report status is a nightmare. Like I said, just as ghetto as the people who live here.
