Sorry but you went from a 5 star to a 1 star in my book. Have been trying to get a refund from them since October for a wrong part that they ordered. So many promises broken. We've been using their service for almost 3 years without a hitch but God only knows what's happened to them this past year. Diane, the VP, promised a refund before the end of 2020 and now won't even pick up the phone when I call. Stay away until they can sort out their issues.

dont you dare show up or call within an hour of opening or closing. they can't do anything until they have been open an hour or if it's less then 60 minutes to closing. I have tried to open an account here 3 times each time it was 3:30 PM or a little after they opened. each time I filled out the proper paperwork and the next time I called or came in to buy parts they have never heard of me and cant sell me anything unless I open an account.... it's a joke. I'm surprised management doesn't do something about that. nick will learn his lesson the hard way. I will call again tomorrow and see whose going to be the next person I call out by name on this post. they have wasted at least 5 hours of my time. I will be returning the favor by wasting 10 hours of their time. might by some stuff and cancel the check or despite the charges.. what ever feels right at the time..
