I was referred to Ponds R' Us by a friend and used them for design, installation and maintenance of my pond. The guys were creative, flexible and very professional! From scheduling the installation to routine maintenance, they were always very nice and accommodating. My pond is gorgeous, peaceful and a wonderful addition to my landscape! I have used Ponds r us for over 10 years. Sandy and his son and other helpers are a great team. When they clean my pond they keep my yard neat and tidy around where they are working. I have had some fish troubles over the years and Sandy has gotten me through the crisis. Ponds r us is a very helpful and conscientious company that cares for the health of my fish and the beauty of my pond.
Ponds R Us is a great company to work with! They built our backyard waterfall and have maintained it for years. You can always expect consistency and great customer service. What a great family run company!
I paid 100% of the bill and 80% of my fish of five years were dead in less than 48 hours. Water was leaking from my pond after they completed their work. Subsequently they went out of town the day after doing the work on my pond. They sent one of their sons out to look at the problem (my fish had already died) He temporally fixed the problem, This was five months ago and they have yet to fulfill their promises of replacing my fish, removing the tarp they left in the waterfall area as well I had to spend an additional 50.00 to have the switch to the pond reinstated as they by-passed it on their initial visit. They have verbally and thru text said several times they "would make it right" the last time they made this promise was on Aug 3rd. Have they? Not yet! They charged 1200.00 for this work. Caveat emptor!!!!
Ponds R' Us was a pleasure to work with. I've never had such a professional reliable contractor. They always show up on time and finish the job through and through. I would highly recommend them!
