Terrible and rude. Go someplace else. Before approach was questioned why I was parking and afterwards felt like I was being watched as if I was a criminal or something. Made up my mind to go someplace else. Should of known better given the location and previous reviews. Stay away, don't get ripped off like the other folks or scammed.

Bought a refrigerator August 6th 2020 at 1p.m, Hauled in the back of my truck all the way home on its side. The store clerk at the time that loaded the refrigerator said,”You’ll be fine as long as you wait 24hrs to let it sit. We waited for the 24hrs, even searched online to make sure if there was anything else needed to be done. So August 7th at 3 o clock we ran to the store after plugging the refrigerator in. Came back, put groceries in checked the refrigerator(not cold) freezer was running but no air made it to the refrigerator. So we waited all night and until August 8th at 10am. Still nothing. Freezer was ice cold and functioning but nothing in the refrigerator. Called up to Reconditioned Appliances and the guy was rude, tried explaining what was going on but was just told at every sentence that because we hauled it on its side it’s “probably not going to work” is what the clerk said and said well there’s nothing we can do we don’t have a loaner refrigerator. After asking about repairs or replacement the Clerk said that’s up to the owner... even though the 90 day warranty says *repairs or replacement free within 90days* regardless the clerk and owner act like this fridge laid on its side and because of that this fridge will be Non-repairable. I’ve done business here before but between the owner saying I’m calling his associate a liar when in reality his associate told him we got home, and we plugged it in when we got it-not sure where that came from-since I had talked to him over the phone informing him that we waited the time frame. Honestly the owner is acting like we are lying when his associate was the one to tell us to wait the 24hrs, maybe next time we will wait 48 hrs. I don’t have high hopes for them to rectify since the owner is relying on his associate to filter information that is lacking details.

Says they close at 2 on Saturdays got all the way there at 1:30 and they were CLOSED if you guys ain’t open til 2 change your damn hours online !!!
