TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The person behind the counter cut me off mid-sentence and dismissed me even before I could finish speaking. The store was not busy to give him the benefit of doubt. I had brought a package in with me to ask if the label and barcode on it indicated if it was already pre-paid and if not, I was ready to pay for shipping, however the man at the counter was so rude that he did not let me finish speaking and dismissed me off! It was my first time there and I do not intend to visit the store again after this experience. Zero manners and one of the worst customer service at this store!

I am shocked at the bad reviews! After the little post office at the Totem Mall closed, we have been using this place and have had absolutely No problems. They have been helpful if my box isn’t the right size ( to make it cheaper) they reprint your mailing label-so it is more legible and will get there as fast as possible. You can return stuff from Amazon, or wherever, with no postage due without standing in line. The prices are not more than the Post Office and you don’t have to WAIT in a long line.. never rude, always pleasant.
I have used the pony express to send stuff before so I figured since its close it would be the best place to need to send urgent documents. I initially wanted to fax the documents but after 2 tries they said it can't be sent and they cant try anymore. I understood that since its a busy organization. Regardless I needed to send the documents so the next best option was to express mail it. I was at the counter with my papers laid out so I could pay for what I printed and for the express mail. At this point in time, the person working the counter said the counter is for \customers only\. Confused I questioned why I cant use the counter to pay and send my stuff since that would be what a customer does. He reiterated \Its for customers only!\. Even more confused I was wondering why I cant send mail here anymore because somehow I got identified as someone who is not a customer... It was clear that I was not going to be able to send my mail here. I went to the Kirkland Post Office instead and was able to send things off without any issues.
Always helpful and efficient. I was able to use the store computer and print documents which I needed to do on a tight time schedule. Very professional and adheres to social distancing during this crisis time.
