UPDATE: After a bit of a slow start in May, my pool service and pool water have been good since then. I've used my pool this summer and enjoyed it very much. Post from May: I agree with the last few reviews... I've been using them exclusively for 15 years. Minimals issues in the past. However, lately, there seems to be an issue of hiring qualified people (2018) that are willing to work. In all fairness, it's hard to find decent help in this county. That said, my pool is suffering. Yesterday I could see racoon prints in the green algae growing on the top step IN the pool. They came yesterday and \cleaned.\. Today, no paw prints on the top step. However, it's still green and you can't even see the bottom. I will change my review if things change this week. If not, I'm calling someone else. Thanks for the good years... I hope you can get the help you need.

I'm only giving four stars because I have never used their pool service since I care for my pool myself. Having said that, they have given me absolutely outstanding, friendly service, and have always been quick to help solve problems, especially during Hurricane Michael cleanup. My pool was clean and useable within 10 days of the storm, and it had been black since it was full of pine debris. They sell only the most pure chemicals, so it is where I buy all my supplies (except baking soda). I trust their chemistry and equipment advice above the big box stores.

never used their pool service, but have purchase chem. and supplies from them and they have tested the pool water that I brought in and we were always able to get the water back in to the right test without much problems, very nice and they try to help you out. There in store prices are reasonable . I recommend them.
