I was in a jam and needed fuel as an emergency. So I called quality they told me it would be delivered the following day. After pleading with them they thankfully came out that night. I originally ordered a full tank of fuel but since there was a block in my line I only needed about half. I am extremely happy with the order and the delivery of the oil. Where I had an issue was the next day I called and spoke with Lois to talk about the 152 of oil that I did not receive. I asked for it to be refunded to my card because money is tight right now during the pandemic and would rather have a refund then a credit on my account. I explained to Lois that I had a credit at the oil company that was currently servicing my property and after I used that credit I planned to switch to Quality Discount as my new provider. Lois said that they will not ever deliver to me again. Long story short, we went back and forth for a while. I really don’t understand how it’s so hard to be sympathetic to the fact I need to use my 200 credit at my old provider and then I’d like to switch to quality discount heating and oil since they did such a good job. I want to continue giving them my business but because I need to do what’s financially responsible for my family and use an old credit before I come back, then I am shunned? Does not make sense to me and is not a great way to do business. I’d like to be a customer and hope this is a misunderstanding. I’d like to think a small business would understand that I’m just a normal man not made of money.

I have been a loyal customer with Quality for 9 years and today when I had an emergency and needed oil, the staff went out of their way to help me out and deliver the oil I needed. I know they were very busy with deliveries because of such cold weather and I truly appreciate that they were able to take care of me today. Every time previously when I have ordered, I always had a great experience with the staff at the store and the drivers. Thank you!

I was trying to order some oil and I was told that they do not deliver to Pottsville. I'm a bit sad because my land lady said that this was the absolute best place to order oil from. I change my mind, this place just emailed me, and I am happy to say that there was just a misunderstanding. My apologies for giving your company 1 star, my conversation was all through emails, Quality Discount Heating Oil & Propane are an amazing, caring company. Thank you for responding so quickly and having reasonable prices.
