This office runs like a smooth sailing ship. Office personnel very nice and very accommodating. Never had to wait past my appointment time. As for Dr Rizzo, she’s very respected and classy and her office is gorgeous!

Today I had called the office and the receptionist was very rude. Dr. Rizo had referred me to a behavioral therapist for my anxiety but upon visiting the address on the referral, I found an empty building! I tried calling the mental health office multiple times over a few days and nobone responded as if they had vanished. When I tried calling ABC Pediatrics to arrange another referral, the lady on the phone questioned me multiple times as if she thought I was lying or incompetent. She had an attitude on the phone as if asking her to print another referral was too bothersome when I wouldn't have even called if the place they gave me had existed! If I were the owner of this pediatric department I would have fired her immediately. Her lack of kindness and compromise makes the agency look bad and frankly I am reconsidering registering my child here if I ever have one.Its like they do not care about mental health enough to check whether their contacts are still valid. I would not recommend this place to anyone until they train their employees on how to have basic human decency.

We have seen her for ten years! She is very busy but aren’t all great drs? She always answers all of my many questions. She is thorough in her explanations. She is both patient and kind.
