Very caring and compassionate. So thankful that Fran understood what an integral member of the family our Maggie was and treated her with respect while treating us with respect and comfort. Although I didn't want to hand over our deceased Maggie to her I felt confident her remains would be cared for in a respectable and professional manner. They even gave us a memento of Maggie that will be cherished as we recall the good times and love our dear pet shared with us for 13 years.

They were so kind and took wonderful care of our Jinx. So thankful for their services to help us through a very difficult time. I will be forever grateful to have an imprint of her little paw.
