An industry that is machine based is not about if machines/rooms will need service, it's what happens once that inevitably occurs... and Coin Meter is best-in-industry in regards to what happens next. This isn't some faceless international corporation. Their local presence allows better up front servicing and quicker response to inevitable needs. Their management is also directly available to address those rare issues that need more hands-on attention. In this industry, In the Pacific NW, there is Coin Meter Company... and the others.

I would give this place a Minus Stars, have had a few comforters Burned by their machines, my 5yr old daughters clothes and bedding has been burned, their response to it is we will take item to so you can re-buy it, problem on that is that some of these items came from Santa this last Xmas and also items from when she was 1yrs old, how do you replace something that isn't sold anywhere anymore and that has Memories attached to it.. The machine also torn up a Brand New first time washed Micro Fiber Blanket.. Mind you these Machines are New to the complex and they increased the price on services too... Also called them on March 23,2021 and I had to re-call as I didn't hear from them as of today April 1, 2021.... The repair Techs come and fight with you telling you that you have no idea what your talking about.. Worse company ever, Poor Customer Service and take not Responsibility... might be taking to court to Sue..
If the heater source goes out on the dryer, just load you clothes up to the nearest laundromat and expect to use said laundromat until your lease is up. They don't answer the phone majority of the time, and when you get someone it takes months for them to come take a look.
If you’re going to own and operate some of our only ways to clean laundry then you need to be available to repair and troubleshoot 24/7 for emergencies.
Don’t understand why the machine to reload is always down and why can’t we reload online normally. Never moving to an apartment if they have coin meter cards again.
I have always had a quick response from Coin Meter Company in the past, but I haven't heard back this last time. I think they did fix the problem with the coin box on the washeer, but I did not get the 3.50 cents extra I had to pay to get the machine to start. I am glad they did fix it though, and very quickly. Thank you for that!

I would appreciate if you stop making us struggle and have your contacts stop listing you as a customer service line when you CLEARLY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Very disappointing especially because I use the online to revalue for my grandmother who cannot do this on her own. I can't imagine how rude you could possibly be if she where to call for assistance herself. I hope to be able to fix this issue on my own eventually but also that you take the initiative to make the change if you are not the indicated contact team!
