Top of the line customer experience and end result! My wife (then fiancée) and I stopped by Duchess in March, right before everything shut down. We had searched for a tailor that could help her minimize her curves in a wedding suit, while also helping her feel comfortable throughout the process. Duchess delivered! Meeting one-on-one with Katie was a treat, and there was so much patience and understanding that went into helping us make crucial decisions. Because of COVID, we were mailed the suit for the final fitting which took place via Zoom. Shipped the pieces back that needed adjusted and the final look on our wedding day was just what my wife and I wanted!! We will definitely be back to Duchess in the future. I came to Duchess or a custom three-piece suit for my wedding; it was my first custom clothing purchase and won't be my last! The duchess staff were wonderful and helpful, the atmosphere was calm and kind at all of my fittings, and the suit (though I didn't get anything fancy) was wonderful. I was very happy with the experience and will probably be going back there again in the future.
I just had my wedding, and in my suit from Duchess I looked and felt fantastic. The suit, being custom tailored, fit like a dream and had little style elements I chose. I had never had anything tailor made for me before, and knew little about the design of suits. But Hannah worked closely with me and guided me through the whole process. She is incredibly professional, nice and skilled, and all the employees I met at Duchess were equally as nice. I figured that if my bride was going to do so much work and effort to look good, I couldn't let down my end of the deal by renting some generic tux. Plus, I now have a high quality suit that will last me as long as I want it to! My advice is to book your appointment early because they are a popular place! I visited them about 8 months before my wedding. They had the suit all made and sitting in their storage room until the final fitting. This made the whole process stress free and actually really fun.

These folks are the best out there. I have purchased three suits from them over the past 5 years and each experience has been a JOY. This time around, I was asking for them to help me with a suit for my wedding and I'll be honest, they knocked it out of the park. Katie's service and sense of style were invaluable! She is a major asset to that team. I know that I'm going into my big day looking like a million bucks! Thank you!
