My 10 year old daughters loved Elliot the minute they wanted into the room and sat down to play the electric guitar for the very first time. He is extremely talented and it shows. After about a month or two of guitar, we decided to add piano into the mix. Elliot's ability to teach a number of different instruments at all levels is extremely impressive.

Whether a five year-old or a 65 year-old, Rhapsody is the place to begin your musical journey.
Elliot is kind, patient, articulate, and a great teacher. He communicates very well and coaches in a positive way. I appreciate that he teaches music theory early on to help build a solid musical foundation that will help you learn stuff much more easily in the future. Plus he's just a fun and nice guy that's easy to be around.
If you have been wanting to learn how to play an instrument, go to Rhapsody Music School. I was walking by to simply peek at the space and I ended up with an impromptu music lesson (guitar and piano) with the owner, Elliot Ross. I immediately signed up for a month of lessons with Elliot! It is intimidating to attempt to pick up an instrument as an adult and when I was feeling frustrated, Elliot gently encouraged me. I left the lesson feeling inspired and excited. Not only that, but Elliot has been continuously supportive by communicating with me via email and offering to answer any questions that I have between lessons. It is clear that Elliot is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, yet his demeanor set me at ease upon walking in the door. I only have positive things to say about my experience and would highly recommend Rhapsody. Check it out!
A music school with the right approach! Bringing music into kids lives is about more than the regular drills and competitions, it's about showing kids possibilities, mentoring through the process and helping them make great things happen. This place is great, good people and strong ideas.
