This store is in a very good location-lots of shops around. So far, the staff that helped me from this location have been nice and attentive. Williams Sonoma sells a lot of different brands, a good place to check out those pots/pans you’ve been eyeing online

Online shopping is great but nothing beats a professional human. I needed more info on solid kitchen cookware. The staff had me in and out in 20 mins., with a great set of 3 ply Ceramic pans.
I had bought SMAG grinder machine online in August and I couldn't receive any update about my order till December. Also, I contacted with customer service about four times. Every time was different person and only replied official response. There is no any vendor management at this company. Finally , I requested calculation then they stated contacting the vendor. But I didn't need it anymore. I got SMAG coffee grinder from another vendor.
