Tried to place a reservation on Saturday for Monday. This is my sons last day in town to do something fun. Never got a call or an email back. Decided to venture out to the address listed 11505 NE Yacht Harbor Drive. This address was condominiums? If this place is not legit, wish they would call back or remove the website.

We had a good experience booking the jetskis the price is a bit higher compared to other rentals but the service is very good. We had a party of 10 and all got 1 day permits which worked out great. Jetski are limited on the speed and gas is spendy other than that all good.
I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the amount of customer service. To bad ygoogle does not allow us to rate -1. Shady business going on here I am very surprised to see that they are still in business. The owner lies steals and cheats can’t return simple phone call. I am surprised someone has not filed a law suit against you. If my wife was done with school I would have spend the money. At the end of the day all I can encourage is my people to stay away from this TOXIC environment.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND a single component of this “business.” They rented us faulty equipment which could’ve led to an injury had we not noticed before putting it on the water. RENTING THROUGH THIS COMPANY IS NOT WORTH IT! The employees and owner are unresponsive and quite honestly shady with transactions. This company is definitely overpriced for a boat that barely stayed together on the river and an inner tube that could’ve taken someone underwater. The customer service could hardly be called that at all; on top of everything we found out the hard way X-treme Rentals WILL NOT RETURN YOUR DEPOSIT. They won’t even return your phone calls. At the end of the day NOTHING about this company has made our experience easy, fun, or hassle-free.
Updated August 2018 In July we rented a boat and it had some mechanical issues. We were willing to receive a credit of time. Multiple phone calls and emails no response. Had to deal with going after a refund through our credit card company. I would not use either rental company in Portland. Neither seems to desire to run a good business.
