We visited this cozy martini bar last night. Espresso Martinis were so yummy!! I to go back to try the Almond Joy Martini! We also tried the garlic herb frites they were good.

Fantastic atmosphere and great drinks
Quaint, comfortable, intimate bar with a good selection of spirits and beer. A little hard to find but worth it. Watch it if you park on the streets as the parking police will ticket you for 2 mins past.
Outdoor seating area next to water. Mostly Mexican choices. Great friendly service and good food.
The room may be small but the quality and cozy feel make up for this. Great knowledge of spirits with their staff.
Warm and cozy on a cold night for some martinis.
Great cocktails and quiet drink spot. If you are looking to avoid the rush of some of the other downtown Portsmouth bars, Two Ceres tends to be a bit more subdued and offers great drinks and beer choices.
This is just Poco's inside. It has the same menu. I prefer the upstairs or Poco's downstairs bar. Not sure why they even made this addition.
