Jacob is amazing! My 6 year old son showed some interest in guitar before Christmas, so we signed him up for classes with Jacob at North Idaho Rock School. Jacob’s personality, love of guitar and music is infectious! Our son is not only still interested in playing but thriving, his love of music and learning has grown to become infectious in and of it’s self! Don’t wait another moment if your child is showing interest, you just found your guy and the perfect place to foster your budding little artist!

As a student, the teacher Jacob gets straight \A\s in my book! Ability: his musical talents combine well with his gentle manner in being able to patiently teach students of all ages as he guides them over what can be a steep learning curve. Availability: Jacob is willing to coordinate a time and location that best fits the schedules of many an interested budding musician. Affability: the mild mannered yet firm, supportive nature of Jacob's personality is what will make him a successful musical instructor for many years to come. Added together, the overall quality and value for the experience of North Idaho Rock School would be a challenge to beat not only in this geographical region, but arguably anywhere.
Jacob is an outstanding individual with a true love for music. His compassion for music is what makes him so dang good at teaching. The best part is Jacob has fun with it, he’s not a boring music teacher. Your kids will actually enjoy and look forward to going. This isn’t a bogus review to boost his ratings, he’s the real deal.
My daughter just started but she already loves going to lessons. She wants to practice at home because she wants to be able to share her progress with Jacob! She can tell he’s a genuine person and I think that let’s her know he really wants her to succeed and therefore she wants to also! I have also had the pleasure of chatting with the drumming instructor who is also incredibly friendly! We really love it and hope to make this a long term commitment
