I have had 4 pieces of furniture done by this company. They did a great job and were very nice. I drive from the north west side of Chicago and have spent 1000 because they did a good job and had been very nice. This time when I delivered a small chair, I forgot to take off the seat which was being held on literally by 2 small screws. I remembered this after I left and called them to make sure they saved it. The first thing she says is ‘there is a labor charge for that’. I couldn’t believe I heard that. I said that it was just held on by a screw or two. She said ‘ well that is labor and we need to look at it and we can’t for an hour.’ And she wasn’t nice in the way she said it. So I turned around and drove back, picked up my piece and found a place 15 minutes from my house that will powder coat it for free ( they specialize in commercial jobs and the whole office came out to see my little chair- they were doing this as a sweet favor) and another place that is walking distance from my house that will strip it for 60. And I took off the seat with my little screwdriver on my key chain in about 15 seconds. I would have preferred to pay this company the probably 200 they would charge so I didn’t have to go from one place to another and I know they specialize in this.

Had my Harley gas tank sand blasted and powder coated and turned out amazing. It seemed like there was going to be too much coating over the tank from previous paint but the owner took it upon himself to put extra time into getting it done and fast.
Our cast aluminum patio furniture looks like its brand new. They did an amazing job on it, couldn't be happier with the results. Krissy was excellent at keeping us informed and the turn around was 2 weeks like she said. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks a million all Kind regards Ken Stephen
I had a monster hook powder coated and was told it will take like 3 days so after 5 day I just called to make sure I everything was ok. But got answer by a Lady who was so rude to me and told me when it done we will call you ok!!! I felt like I did something wrong. So when I went to pick my hook up they told me that was the Owner
I had my intake kit and lug nuts totally redone by them and they did a very poor job. I’ve been to many different powder coating shops and it was my first time going to this one. First they dragged basically 3 weeks to finish everything. I pick it up and they powder coated the lug nuts the wrong Color. I told them and they redid them free of charge (as expected). The quality of what I picked up was not there at all. My expectations were not met. The finished product had imperfections imbedded in the coating, the lug nuts weren’t capped off right so the coating was inside the lug nut. Waste of money.
