This company is a joke, called and told them that I would arrive by 3pm, they close at two, I arrive there and they say for me to get my car back I would have to pay 50 to get my car back since its over closing hours, the lady failed to tell me this when I called them the previous day. If I could give them ZERO STARS I would, hope this place loses its business.

They had their address listed correctly but the gps takes you half a mile away to a drs office. Fix your gps location so people can find your building.

This company refused to answer any of my calls. We paid a couple thousand to get our car back. They took the plates off and took everything inside out. I called to get my belongings back and they said no one could help me until Monday. It was Friday. My car was no longer at their yard. I live an hour away from this company and the car was an hour from them. I get my belongings and I’m missing tons of stuff. Brand new Victoria secret items with tags, my kids tablets, my hydroflasks and 3 boxes of personal items. We call to tell them and all they say is they don’t have it. After I get my car it won’t even start and it had no problems before they took it.
