The worst I ever had. I had appointment at 9am to change the tires and oil service. Waited until 11:30 and I asked why took so long. Then the service guy told me their machine is broken and they scratched my rim. They sent the tires out to get installed and still have to wait for an hr. I have to make another trip to go back to get the scratched rim fixed. I waste my whole day that day, still have to make another trip back and I still have to pay the full amount.

Purchased a new Outlander from Anthony Lane at this dealership. From beginning to end we found his knowledge of the product exemplary and his manner and composure most conducive to getting a deal done that was mutually beneficial to both of us. Having purchased quite a few new vehicles over the years, we can state without hesitation or reservation that their process is accommodating and leaves the buyer with a feeling he has become a member of a new family. Additionally, I found their Sales Manager Brian Rea to be up-front and "genuine" in his approach, a rather refreshing style seldom found in most dealerships. Both of these gentlemen were quite understanding of not only my needs but those of my wife as well. We will return!

Detaining

Pleasant experience for a dealership. I've had bad experiences buying used cars and have lately been trying to buying new. These guys were very helpful, not overly pushy, and tolerant to my endless questions. Relatively speaking, in terms of buying a new car at a dealership, I wouldn't say I got the greatest deal ever like I was running off from Black Friday, but the prices we finally agreed on were definitely fair enough for my intentions. Joe Romano was my sales rep there and was extremely helpful, definitely going out of his way in many occasions to make sure I had a good experience. His customer service definitely made up for any in-differences I had about the offers made out to me at this dealership. I was only really in the dealership area, but I peeked at the customer lounge and it was definitely decent as well.

My experience was great John Belleveau( know I didn't spell it right) is probably the greatest salesman to ever live. Instead of me dealing with crap they actually dealt with mines and went through the tough time with me, given total understanding. John got me in a brand new 2015 outlander after my last car was totaled and I stilled owed money on it. John is pretty darn amazing and hopefully I'll be dealing with him in the future when it comes to car shopping. Also special thanks to Brian as well worked really hard on getting me good deals and rebates.

Donte Piotti of Prestige Auto was an excellent sales consultant. He helped my Aunt Roseann purchase her new Subaru Legacy this fall. There was no high pressure sales tactics and he listened and respected her needs and went far out of his way to meet them. She visited 8 other dealerships and chose Prestige bc of how wonderful Dante was to work with.
