Extraordinary decor with a museum attractive restaurant that serves delicious high quality dishes, sandwiches, barbecue, you don’t want to leave, because Prison Brews peeks your interest. I am surprised that more cities don’t replicate the idea as they did with the Hard Rock restaurant chain, because Prison Brews is a remarkable idea. The restaurant could be exported to every major city around the globe. Brilliant minds were behind this.

The place is pretty cool on the inside. They have booths that are set up to mimic jail cells. The beer and food were both good. The wait staff was very pleasant and attentive, without over checking in. My one complaint was that i was not given a choice of how I wanted my burger cooked. It came well done and was a bit dry. Normally I get my burgers medium well to avoid that. I am unsure if they cook all of there burgers to well or if the server forgot to ask my preference.

Had a beer and lunch . Service was great . Special was a beef tenderloin w / mashed potatoes and gr.beans . They let me substitute the beef , for a pork tenderloin covered in milk gravy ! Cleaned the plate . Greek pizza was very good . Stout and brown ale were very tasty !

Really great place. Decorated like a jail very cool atmosphere. The waitress was very kind helping with my food allergies. The root beer was amazing and loved the fries!

Prison Brews is one of the best bar and grill restaurants in Jefferson City Missouri. The staff are great, and the food? Well, let's just say I had the best Black and Bleu burger I've ever had. The brews are pretty good too. Prison Brews is a must, if you're looking for a place to get good food, and a good beer.
